In the last few years, we’ve focused on launching new programs and committees to ensure all employees feel they have a voice. In 2020 we launched our new DE&I committee, which focuses on the education and training on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We launched a Wellness committee to ensure transparent and open discussion about mental health, financial health and physical wellbeing. We also launched an Engagement Council, which focuses on finding opportunities to give back to the community.
We ensure all managers have access to training that will enable them to correctly provide their team members with accurate and realistic career mapping.
