In the last few years, we’ve focused on launching new programs and committees to ensure all employees feel they have a voice. In 2020 we launched our new DE&I committee, which focuses on the education and training on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We launched a Wellness committee to ensure transparent and open discussion about mental health, financial health and physical wellbeing. We also launched an Engagement Council, which focuses on finding opportunities to give back to the community.

Our response to COVID-19

We are proud that we did not cut any benefits or workforce during the pandemic. We also allowed employees to be fully remote. As restrictions have lifted, we have decided to move permanently to a hybrid style of working to better promote our commitment to a flexible work environment.
