Employees are surveyed four times a year. Through their feedback, we have developed programs to celebrate Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Asian-American Pacific Islander Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, and Juneteenth.

ChenMed offers premium discounts and wellness rewards for the Medical/Rx plan. They contribute $500 each year to employees with HSA. They match up to 3.5% for the 401(k) Plan. Employees who have a baby, adopt or foster a child receive 4 weeks of paid time off.
Medical centers turned many appointments into telehealth calls, where clinical teams could safely serve patients. Corporate employees could work remotely, in-office, or hybrid. To keep employees engaged, virtual events have also been implemented like Town Halls and Lunch-and-Learns.
