Associates have many opportunities and ways to collaborate with each other. We offer Get2Gethers where Associates sign up to participate and are randomly paired with an Associate across the organization each quarter. This is a great way for Associates to meet other people and build a sense of community. Our Executive team hosts monthly All Hands meetings for Associates to discuss business updates and new offerings. We hold Associate Let’s Talk listening sessions to hear from Associates on a variety of topics throughout the year. We also utilize technology to support a hybrid work environment and collaborate through office products.
Associates have a positive vision for the future due to the monthly all hands meetings we conduct where company updates and progress are shared. We also recently hosted a virtual investor relations event. As a company, we are committed to our work surrounding environmental, social, and governance issues (ESG). We share progress towards our ESG goals with our Associates. A part of our culture is giving back. We are proud to support philanthropic organizations whose mission supports women and children.
We take pride in listening to our Associates. We have several ways to hear from our Associates including quarterly pulse surveys, monthly all company meetings where Associates can ask questions directly to the executive committee members, Associate Network Groups, and an Associate led Inclusion and Diversity council. We also have a way for Associates to provide anonymous feedback through our Open Door Hotline.
We offer extensive learning opportunities for our Associates to achieve their professional and personal goals. We offer remote learning and in person learning classes as well as self-led trainings and instructor led classes. We offer several cohort learning programs including a high potential program for top talent, a new manager program, a digital first program, an executive coaching program, and mentoring program. We have a robust succession planning process where we ensure we have named successors for all Associates identified as top talent.
Our company values align with our Associates because they are central to everything we do. We discuss our values and strategy at company meetings. We share stories from our external customers with our Associates that relate to our vision, purpose, values, and strategy. These stories inspire all our Associates to connect with our values, including the ones who do not have day to day direct access to our customers. We also tie our company recognition programs to our values. We have a peer to peer recognitions program, moments that matter, where Associates can recognize each other for demonstrating our values.
We offer several on campus amenities that our Associates love to utilize. We offer onsite childcare, health clinics, campus gyms, cafes, coffee shop, dry cleaning, car wash, and dog parks to name a few. We recently became a dog friendly workplace. We have a complete wellness program focused on physical, mental, and financial wellness. We offer conveniences such as on campus dermatology and cancer screenings. We provide annual flu vaccines at no cost to Associates.

During the COVID pandemic we quickly transitioned to a remote and flex work environment where position appropriate. We created a COVID hotline where our Associates could call to request information and report symptoms. We increased cleaning and disinfecting procedures in all our locations. Our onsite health clinics offered COVID vaccines once they were available. We offered extra pay incentives for our essential workers during the height of the pandemic. We are still utilizing a hybrid work environment at our corporate office.
