Clune Construction Company, LP

Why Clune Construction Company, LP IS A MOST LOVED WORKPLACE®

Systemic Collaboration

EMPLOYEES COLLABORATE THROUGHOUT OUR COMPANY BY …

Clune has a very team-centric environment. Our culture is all about being there for each other. Whether this means traveling out to where our clients need us or being a resource to other team members, Clune employees are always working together. As a national company with national clients, our regional teams have regularly scheduled meetings for collaboration and knowledge sharing across Clune’s markets. Many of our corporate departments, including Business Development, Marketing and Safety, have started hosting annual summits. These summits allow for these national teams to come together for in-person collaboration and planning.

Positive Vision of the Future

EMPLOYEES AT OUR COMPANY HAVE A POSITIVE VISION FOR THE FUTURE BECAUSE …

Clune has always been dedicated to our employees, and focuses on empowering them to be successful. This directly ties to maintaining our success as a business. Clune prides itself on the mutual respect between the organization and our employees. We ensure that our values and behaviors are being lived out and true within the organization, helping define “The Clune Way.” Clune maintains this culture and respect by taking care of our employees from day one with an amazing benefits package and ESOP program. Clune’s leadership is also extremely transparent when it comes to sharing the goals and vision for the company.

Company Respect

WE SHOW RESPECT AND ENSURE THAT ALL VOICES ARE HEARD AND IDEAS ARE VALUED THROUGHOUT THE COMPANY BY …

Clune has made Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) a core focus of our business. Our approach to greater DEI has been one of critical self-examination and accountability. Clune wants to ensure that our efforts are not just performative but true cultural changes within the organization, helping to define “The Clune Way.” In addition, Clune regularly surveys employees to gauge their sentiments about the company. Leadership listens closely to this feedback and makes an effort to implement changes in these areas of improvement. Clune creates an atmosphere that enables all employees’ voices to be heard.

Company Support / Killer Outcomes

WE SUPPORT OUR EMPLOYEES IN ACHIEVING THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL GOALS BY …

Clune has a dedicated Learning & Development department focused on career development through mentoring, training programs and continuing education. Each employee must complete a minimum of eight training credits throughout a year, consisting of both mandatory and elective courses. Clune also recognizes professional development programs are not one-size-fits-all. While we have numerous internal training opportunities to choose from, we also encourage everyone to look at external courses that may be a better fit for individual careers. Because we value professional development so highly and want our employees to get the most from their courses, Clune reimburses external trainings, seminars and conferences.

Alignment of Values

OUR COMPANY’S VALUES ARE ALIGNED WITH OUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE …

Clune’s core values are service, teamwork, respect, excellence, leadership, innovation, and safety. It is our mission to provide exceptional construction services to our clients and business partners; inspire our employee owners; lead with integrity, commitment and purpose; and deliver results which always exceed expectations. Clune takes pride in being a constantly evolving company, never being satisfied with the status quo. Employees at all levels are encouraged to bring new, creative, diverse perspectives into all conversations.
