Our commitment involves critical self-examination and accountability, ensuring our efforts lead to genuine cultural change and define “The Clune Way.” We regularly survey employees to understand their sentiments, and leadership actively listens and implements improvements based on this feedback, fostering an inclusive environment. Recently, Clune’s C-Suite, VP of Corporate Systems, and SVP of Learning and Development met with Project Teams nationwide to hear their concerns and suggestions, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
