At Clune, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a core focus. Our commitment involves critical self-examination and accountability, ensuring our efforts lead to genuine cultural change and define “The Clune Way.” We regularly survey employees to understand their sentiments, and leadership actively listens and implements improvements based on this feedback, fostering an inclusive environment. Recently, Clune’s C-Suite, VP of Corporate Systems, and SVP of Learning and Development met with Project Teams nationwide to hear their concerns and suggestions, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
Clune has a very team-centric environment. Our culture is all about being there for each other. Whether this means traveling out to where our clients need us or being a resource to other team members, Clune employees are always working together. As a national company with national clients, our regional teams have regularly scheduled meetings for collaboration and knowledge sharing across Clune’s markets. Many of our corporate departments, including Business Development, Marketing and Safety, have started hosting annual summits. These summits allow for these national teams to come together for in-person collaboration and planning.
Clune fully covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, including premiums for spouses and eligible dependents, starting on the first day of employment, with participating in our Wellness Program. We also offer discounted pet insurance and the Hinge Health program, which provides virtual support for chronic musculoskeletal pain. Clune pays 100% of the premiums for this program. Additionally, every employee participates in Clune’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after one year, giving them a vested interest in the company’s future and added financial security. Our new Education Assistance Program further supports employees through tuition reimbursement and student loan repayments.
