In the committees (from culture, health and safety, environmental awareness) and quality circles employees are able to put forward any ideas or concerns that they have noticed. to ensure employees are kept informed all changes implemented are communicated in the company newsletter and internal digital communication channels.
Creating personal development plans that have set SMART objectives which is a long-term plan to develop employees, whilst providing them a platform to propose anything they would like to achieve over the coming year. During the appraisal meeting, employees are able to discuss any personal career aspirations for progression and training development goals. We agree actions to be taken to meet those needs with their appraising manager and put in place measures to facilitate success including periodic reviews.

The welfare programme gives employees access to an in-house occupational health, physiotherapy and external support for counselling and private healthcare.
