We want to ensure that all voices are heard, for which we designed an employee-listening program, i.e. a hybrid model including both an annual survey and a monthly pulse survey, in addition to working transversally with an agile methodology.

People are at the center of everything we do and that’s why we focus our efforts on what people need to reach their full potential: upskilling & reskilling programs, a continuous feedback culture, performance appraisal based on WHAT (objectives) and HOW (behaviors), an internal mobility program where employees are proactive players in their professional careers, and ongoing learning using new technologies.
We also have a leadership model that guides our leaders in this transformation. Thanks to a 360º feedback, we obtain results to design a 2023-2025 development plan.
