Using both traditional and digital workspaces. Throughout the organization, staff have access to various business collaboration resources such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and internally built tools to facilitate teamwork and idea sharing without traditional restraints of walls and borders.

Visibility is extended to all global staff. From monthly senior leadership meetings to daily huddles, we make sure information that affects staff is cascaded to them. Additionally, staff are encouraged for their input through a variety of programs that incentivize their innovative ideas, focus groups and brainstorms.
Fostering inclusion resources available to all staff. We offer various staff resource groups such as Network of Women, Black Professionals Network, PRIDE and Ability, for persons with disabilities. In addition to our annual all staff survey, we also have Culture of Belonging Surveys to inform our organization of key metrics to refine our focus of creative an environment where we all feel welcome.

Offering several accelerated career growth programs and through iRise, our formal mentorship program extended to staff at all career levels. Another option staff have is Concentrix University, an in house plethora of courses and learning paths and competencies designed to help staff grow. Even prior to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognized the benefit of remote work for staff and offered many work at home options where possible. We believe that this flexibility allows staff to balance their personal goals with their professional goals.
