As one of Forbes World’s Largest Public Companies and a STANDARD & POOR’S 500 Member, Corpay is laser focused on making every payment digital, every purchase controlled, and every decision informed, and our employees are critical to accomplishing our vision. Through regular in-person discussions, electronic communications and virtual meetings, Corpay managers and the executive leadership team routinely share our vision, business goals and objectives with our global workforce. According to a recent Employee Opinion Survey, more than 63% of our employees said they are confident in the company, while 76% expressed favorable views for our leadership team.
At the heart of Corpay are our five Core Values: Integrity, Collaboration, Execution, People, and Innovation. Our employees embody our Core Values everyday through their work, volunteer endeavors, and collaboration with colleagues. The alignment is evident through the constant peer-to-peer recognition received through our Kudos program that allows employees to recognize co-workers who embody our Core Values, as well as Spot Awards given to high-performing employees. It’s also evident through the awards and recognition employees receive outside of the work environment that they are committed to Corpay's Core Values.
Corpay creates a Loved Workplace by focusing on employees through recognition programs, benefits that fit their needs, flexible work schedules, resources for personal development, diversity, engagement and inclusion initiatives, and communication tools that allow people to bring their authentic selves to work. Some of the programs include our extended time off policy, free virtual exercise classes with certified trainers, and subsidized memberships with gyms and weight-loss programs. Additionally, each location routinely hosts fun events with our Employee Resource Groups. We pride ourselves on creating a culture where every employee feels valued, heard, appreciated and safe to be themselves.
Employee feedback, opinions and ideas are critical to our success. Corpay’s leadership provides numerous opportunities and channels for employees to voice their opinions and provide feedback such as the annual Employee Opinion Survey, question and answer sessions at the end of every executive leadership led townhall, our open-door policy with the HR department, as well as our direct solicitation emails imploring employees to write reviews about their experience with the company on various career websites. As a global company, Corpay is intentional about soliciting employee feedback and developing innovative solutions that help us learn and grow.
As a global company operating in more than 100 countries, communication can be somewhat of a challenge for teams collaborating across different time zones and geographies. To bridge the geographical gap and support increased collaboration, Corpay provides a multitude of communication tools to employees including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams and an intranet site that has a built in Conversations channel. Additionally, employees have access to additional planning tools such as OneNote, Microsoft Planner and Asana. These resources allow our global workforce to connect and collaborate consistently through messaging, file sharing, video conferences and real-time updates.
To keep employees safe during the pandemic, Corpay made several global adjustments tailored to the local and specific needs of each geography we operate in. Those adjustments included creating and executing a remote work option, placing a moratorium on all in-person meetings, as well as requiring masks when in a Corpay facility.
