Going beyond development with innovative programs. Our internal internships offer team members (or Inkers as we call ourselves) the chance to explore new areas of the business for a few months, risk free, to build new skills, gain exposure, and broaden their perspective on the business.
When our Core Values were created, it wasn’t a result of brainstorming sessions, well executed work streams, or even by design; they were created by celebrating the way Inkers organically worked—Golden Rule, Ownership, and Innovation. It only took us a decade to figure out it spelled GrOwIn.
