To promote physical and mental well-being, our FTE employees receive a complimentary gym membership and have access to wellbeing speakers, coaches and trainers. Our flexible work arrangements include options for working from home and remote working flexibility, enabling employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Furthermore, individuals have the opportunity to travel to our other offices and attend conferences, allowing collaboration and professional development on a global scale. We are also in the process of fully embracing the charity work we do throughout the business and building this in to our ecosystem. We will be offering 2 volunteering days per year across all our sites. The initiative is called ‘Charity Starts at Home’, which is a nod to our family values, staff can choose which charity and local community they would like to help.

OUR CEO SERVES AS A MODEL OF OUR COMPANY VALUES BY …

Many years ago, a 10-year-old boy went to see a professional basketball game near his home that changed his life. It inspired him to become a professional basketball player. Being a basketball player earned him a scholarship to attend college, which helped him to create a company called Damex.
Today, that boy is our CEO, and he wants to replicate that story and create that impact on young kids by promoting a culture of healthy living, job opportunities, and a healthy work environment. That’s why, in addition to being our CEO, he is the president of Damex Udea, a professional basketball club where, thanks to the partnerships he has created among cities in the area, it has over 700 children involved.
He has also linked this to the Damex ecosystem, creating job opportunities and social projects that help make his story an example for many children to achieve their dreams.
