Our quarterly town hall meetings are held in a hybrid format, with employees in person at our offices and remotely. We also hold virtual happy hours where employees can do activities and get to know each other. We are committed to ensuring all employees have a voice and we capture this with confidential employee surveys at least 3 times a year. The feedback we have received has helped us to implement improvements including enhanced benefits and more time off. We also open up an anonymous question form before each quarterly town hall for employees to submit a confidential question to the executive. The questions are reviewed in advance and the leaders answer these questions at each town hall. All of our leaders have an open-door policy and regularly conduct skip-level 1:1 meetings to provide their team’s direct reports with the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. Additionally, the HR Team conducts new hire check-ins at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks to make sure employees are getting what they need during onboarding. HR also conducts anniversary and birthday check-ins will all employees to ensure we capture ongoing and current feedback on employee experience. All feedback is summarized and presented to the executive team every quarter.
Helping our employees realize their full potential is our top priority. From day one, all employees have access to on-demand professional development with LinkedIn Learning. We also support employees with acquiring professional certifications that support their field of work, including Scrum, Product Owner, Project Manager (PMP), Human Resources (SHRM), and Quality Assurance Testing (ISTQB). All supervisors and aspiring managers are invited to our monthly leadership development live training presented by HR, and we are currently working on investing in a certification-based manager academy delivered by industry professionals. We consistently promote from within, proudly having over 20 employees promoted within the last 6 months. Additionally, we host Wisdom Wednesdays each week for all employees which cover a different topic related to our industry, product, customers, and health and well-being.
