Based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, Equilibrium specialises in financial planning, tax mitigation and investment management. We have a Spirit team responsible for events and activities, a Charity Champions team who organise our charitable work and an ESG group who are able to have a voice about our ESG offering. So there are plenty of ways to get involved, make a direct impact and be heard.

We are proud of our staff and reward them with plenty of time off. We offer up to 38 days holiday based on length of service, starting at 33 days plus bank holidays for new starters.
We provide 26 weeks maternity pay at 90% of salary.

Our response to COVID-19

We have rolled out a flexible framework as we knew the appetite for working from home was high. We understand the importance of collaboration so like people to come in to the office a couple of times a week so people get to see one another but we are very flexible with how this looks. We just ask our staff to put their team mates and clients' needs as a high priority and we trust that people will do their contracted hours to the very best of their abilities.
