Employees collaborate throughout our company by Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Asana, Lattice and other project and employee management software programs across departments. As Covid restrictions have been lifted, Exabeam has created a hybrid work model whereby employees can work in the office as well as remote. Employees are beginning to come into the offices (HQ in Foster City, Atlanta and Pune, India) more and more especially on Wednesdays, which are often lined up with complimentary lunches, networking activities, yoga, sound meditations, games, and other collaborative activities.

We have created a hybrid workplace for employees who can choose to work remote or from the office. Throughout Covid, we have opened and closed the offices when appropriate to follow all mask and other mandates. Our employees use an application called Envoy to sign up for coming into the office. This app also validates that employees are vaccinated and healthy (not recently exposed or ill) before interacting with others. Also, understanding employee sentiment and listening is important, so we conduct surveys and polls to help inform our policies.
