Our response to COVID-19

At the start of the COVID outbreak, we shifted to a remote work model. We reshaped our infrastructure and operations to make the transition as seamless as possible for our employees. Also, we quickly rolled out a financial relief package to ensure that our clients had ready access to the funds they needed to weather this storm. That program included reduced-rate loans, payment relief assistance, penalty-free early CD withdrawals and other offerings.
