Our CEO was a founding board member of our company. He lives out the values of First Metro Bank each and every day, humbly leading the bank with a forward-thinking attitude and a dedication to the community. He was born and raised in the city in which the bank was founded and continues to be active member of the community, serving on various non-profit boards and participating in civic groups. Our CEO also has an open-door policy. Any employee, community member, customer, is welcome to visit the CEO’s office, located in the lobby of our main office. He also keeps himself in rotation on the Saturday schedule to work at our main office, which he has done for 35 years.
