Mike (our CEO) is very vocal and visible about how he maintains fulfillment through time spent with his family. There was one time where we had just reported financial results and he had a whole slew of investor calls that coincided with one of his son’s soccer games. Mike went to his son’s game, and took one of the investor calls from there, and was open and honest about it. He also shared that example with our entire company with the office to make a statement that it’s OK to carve out time to spend time family, our loved ones, etc.
