Transparency is key at Funnel - our CEO shares transparently the company strategy, growth, and vision, more so than is usual. Our CEO is in the office daily connecting with employees and teams across the company.
Weekly all-company meetings with a shared agenda - anyone can submit topics and present, always ending with an open Q&A run by the CEO. Open slack channels = our default communication, ensuring everyone is kept informed and can voice opinions. A twice annual survey includes inclusion and psychological safety indices, and an anonymous text box to the CEO and Chief People Officer.

We are working together at the office, within our team, with other teams but also with other Funnel offices around the world. There are cross-collaboration projects to enhance the user experience across the customer journey, from first contact to using Funnel on a daily basis.
