Focused on giving the best conditions to our people with aim goal of being recognized as a Great place to work. So in 2023, we moved our offices to Alcantara, in order to give a better experience to our people, where we have a Center dedicated to Wellness, Medical services, mothers room and many other initiatives covering all the employee journey. With the increase with the cost of living we gave an exceptional support to our people. In July we once again reviewed salaries and finalized the proposals for team promotions and progression in all Galp geographies, reinforcing our dedication to the growth, well-being and recognition of our People for their work. Understanding the importance of time off to recharge our batteries and spend quality time with those we love, we started 2023 by ensuring that all Galp employees now have 25 days of paid holiday. In February, we relaunched another annuity of the Galp Flexible Benefits Plan in Portugal allowing each employee to make choices tailored to their individual needs, maximizing disposable income.
