Collaboration is a large part of our company value of "helpfulness". As a business, we agree company OKRs that are then cascaded throughout our work. We have regular strategy days to make sure everyone is on the same page. We send out a weekly update so that everyone in the company can be clear on what each team has been working on that week and have monthly all hands meetings where our CEO and Managing Director share crucial information to the company. We have an Agile working/squad structure. Provide regular pulse surveys to comment on the health and collaboration of each team. If there are concerns this is raised and addressed.

We have a channel for shout-outs, we allow for candid questions at our monthly all-hands meeting, we have an employee engagement platform where people can remain anonymous and put forward and questions, ideas, comments they have, when there are big decisions to be made around policies or changes that will affect the people at the company, we put out a survey to make sure that we’re getting everyone’s thoughts before making decisions. We have a culture of coaching - all line managers trained in coaching to support and get the best out of their team. We also have a feedback culture where everyone is trained on the right way to give feedback - respectfully with the intention of it being there to help them.

We have clear career paths for every department/role in the company – people know where they currently sit and skills required to move up. In January and July, teams works together to establish OKRs for each half, and employees also work with their manager to decide their personal/career goals at this time. We have hosted training sessions on goal setting and delivering and receiving feedback. Each employee gets a yearly allowance towards learning and development.
