At the start of 2024, we shared with the team that our primary focus in 2024 is enabling our people through effective communication and transparency. We show respect and ensure that all voices are heard, and ideas are valued throughout the company by engaging our Leadership Team on the topics that are most valuable to our team members. Each of our quarterly company-wide meetings focus on how our team members voices and ideas are driving success within the business, and we take great pride in highlighting the teams and employees who have made outstanding strides in the previous quarter. Our HR Team also send a voluntary annual survey to assess how employees are feeling, which is especially important during a time of rapid growth. The results from this survey inform our practices moving forward in the New Year.

IDS Certification Roadmap | The DICE Team published a Certification Roadmap, which offers a list of technical certifications for employees to use in goal setting and navigating career development.

Annual Professional Development Allowance | All full-time IDS employees can use Annual Professional Development Allowance of up to $1,000.

Manager Training | We’ve developed a 6-month Manager Training Course which gives our Managers the necessary knowledge, training, and skills to become effective leaders.
