Our employees can collaborate with in-person and virtual Lunch & Learns presented by their peers. Anyone in our organization is welcome to host a Lunch & Learn on their desired topic. This way, our team members are encouraged to take initiative in sharing knowledge across the organization.
We also have internal “Capabilities Communities” for each of our services. Our “Capabilities Communities” offer a space where team members can share and advance their knowledge in key areas of the business, offering continuous growth and learning opportunities.
Our People & Culture Team offers a collaborative space for team building through internal social events, community outreach, and social clubs. Monthly community outreach opportunities allow our team members to engage not only with each other, but also their local communities.
Ignite Digital Services employees have a positive vision for the future because of transparency at the executive level regarding new initiatives and annual goals. At the start of 2023, our leadership team presented objectives for the year including headcount growth goals, a new office location, capabilities expansion, and career paths. We ensure that our employees are updated on progress for each of these objectives at our quarterly All Hands Meeting.

Additionally, we support our employees in achieving their goals by offering several continuous learning opportunities. Udemy is a comprehensive, interactive learning management system that enables seamless learning and development opportunities for all IDS employees. Using this platform, our team members can achieve their professional goals by taking courses relevant to their focus areas.
We also offer all IDS team members an Annual Professional Development Allowance of up to $1,000. Many of our employees use this allowance to gain role-specific certifications (such as a PMP) that advance their professional growth. We’ve also developed a 6-month-long Manager Training to arm our managers with the necessary knowledge, training, and skills to become effective leaders.
