During our weekly All Hands meetings, we share our company wins, campaigns, new hires, critical program and transformation updates, and Ask Me Anything, where employees can submit anonymous questions answered by our most senior leaders. We seek feedback from our employees year-round through our Annual Engagement Survey and Pulse Surveys. The feedback is then published, allowing us to identify recurring themes and take action. Additionally, our Culture Club plays a pivotal role in driving change based on the feedback we receive.

We conduct live monthly professional development sessions hosted by a master facilitator and learning leader. Every employee receives a monthly full-size subscription—unique IPSY perk. It’s a way for the team to share in the joy and delight our members enjoy each month with free beauty products from buzzworthy brands like Drunk Elephant, Fenty Beauty, and Pat McGrath Labs. We actively support women’s and LGBTQ+ charities through substantial product donations, over $700K worth in 2023. Monthly.
Our commitment to our employees extends beyond the workplace. In direct response to feedback, we introduced a Volunteer Day Off each year to encourage giving back. When our folks said they were struggling with mental health and boundary-setting, we also expanded mental health benefits, including reducing in-network copays to zero for many of our benefit plan participants and a company-wide wellness program. Our benefits packages are family- and pet-friendly, and provide support to our employees at all stages of their lives and careers, including parental leave programs in the US and Latin America as well as robust retirement programs to help our people save and achieve their financial goals.

After listening to our employees and transitioning to a remote-first, not remote-only, model, we kicked off our annual All Company Offsite. Hosted in Miami, this signature experience offered our employees the opportunity to connect around our strategic pillars through leadership and employee showcases, focus on our members and brand partners during interactive panels, showcase their talents in a talent and cultural fashion show, and dance the night away at our IPSY Awards formal extravaganza!
