Under the Jobot Family umbrella, JobotPros (recruiters) work hand-in-hand with Jobot’s technology and operations team to help curate an environment where they are free to share information, collaborate and pool their diverse skills to help put people in jobs nationwide. Jobot’s open-door policy ensures that Jobot team members have an open line of communication with all managers and even the CEO, who provides her cell phone to Jobot’s family members.

At Jobot, work-life balance is vital. For the 4th of July holiday, CEO and Founder offered Jobot family members three days off to round out five days off for independence day. Our CEO inspires our Jobot family daily. Heidi’s father was a US Marine who became a Navy fighter pilot. Unfortunately, he was shot down on the last day of his 3rd tour of duty and never returned home. Heidi’s openness about the challenges that her mother and sisters faced after the loss of her father has inspired our own Jobot family about perseverance, love, and empathy toward others. As a 3x EY Entrepreneur of the Year Winner, Heidi continues to help guide the Jobot family, always anchoring Jobot towards innovation and a positive work culture where kindness and respect are at the forefront of the company.
Jobot provides unique awards and bonus systems. Each quarter Jobot family members who meet their goals are treated to a weekend away, where they receive recognition, bonuses, additional gifts, and a weekend for their family to enjoy their hard work.
