We are a remote-first environment as a result of COVID. To address isolation and create opportunities for our employees to get to know one another, we have an engagement team who puts on networking or game events regularly. Our Wellness Series educates employees and managers on benefits available (e.g. EAP) and gives tips to stay engaged.
