Each year we kick off our first quarter with goal-setting and performance conversations as well as an Alignment Day session for all employees. In this, Functional leaders pull together their teams in an alignment session to talk about company goals, team goals, and any current obstacles or pain points. These Alignment Days connect us back to why we’re here at Kendra Scott – to create good in the world! Our employees walk out of these sessions with a restored focus on our pillars (Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy), a refreshed perspective on how we can show up for one another, and a renewed focus on priorities for the year ahead.

We are continually asking for feedback from employees to assure that there is alignment.
