Flexible working, equal opportunity parental leave, hybrid working, access to personal development budgets, monthly team lunches, 42 holidays each year (including 12 consecutive days closure over Dec/New Year Holiday period) with an emphasis on promoting the skill and ability to rest and reset, this year we also closed the company for an extra day in June to provide an extended break for our team over the June bank holiday. Our team was built in a Lockdown. We developed the tools and ability to connect and work together remotely and this skill stands to us today. We have an office but instill a remote first information sharing practice. We encourage our team to use our office twice per week to ensure they get maximum access to information, leadership, and relationships that power their success. Our team is encouraged to regularly test for Covid and of course to rest if they are feeling symptoms. We have office cleaning protocols and policies to protect our team.
