We host culture bootcamp for all new teams, and culture campfires for existing teams on an ongoing basis where we learn about ourselves and how to support each other when under stress. As part of these programs, we explore the Enneagram, Dare to Lead values exercise, define vulnerability, shame shields, our “why”, love bombs and close with a team motto that each team creates and has framed as a poster for their location.
