MAPP manages £30 billion of commercial property throughout the UK for a variety of leading funds, REITs and real estate investors. In November 2023, MAPP transitioned into an Employee Ownership Trust. This means our business is owned and managed on behalf of our employees. Our independence from external shareholders ensures we retain our unique culture, values and people-first approach while providing excellent service to our clients. We are an adventurous, curious and outward-looking team of 600+ people (and growing) who are on a mission to do something a little bit special together.
