Brian Scudamore’s mantra is “It’s All About People”. He built his business by finding the right people and treating them right. Following our core purpose of changing people’s lives, he’s given thousands of people the opportunity to grow and many have gone on to own their own businesses. Through his storytelling, Brian continually inspires team members, sharing personal stories of failure, perseverance and hope.

We’ve created a safe environment where our team can be themselves and take risks to make our business better. We embrace a WTF?! spirit – willing to fail – where making mistakes and taking smart risks is a crucial part of our culture. We believe that failure gives us an opportunity to learn and that’s what helps us innovate and grow.

Collaboration thrives through daily seven-minute mandatory Huddles, where we celebrate successes, review real-time metrics, and share department updates. Additionally, we foster collaboration through agile project teams and by embracing the mantra “Think Big, Start Small, Move Fast” to drive innovation and teamwork.
