Perhaps the most important aspect of our success is what we call our Painted Picture that articulates how we will look, feel, and act four years into the future. It outlines the “what” but not the “how” – that’s where our team comes in to help us create the future.

Our 101 Life Goals program was created by our founder to inspire employees to grow in their personal lives. If we want people to feel connected to us, we need to learn more about who they really are. We encourage everyone to share their goals and actively support people in achieving them. We also have generous professional development funding, so that our people can drive their careers and continue to grow with us.

Our profit sharing program, the Great Game of Business, gives employees a chance for a bonus when our annual goals are met or exceeded. O2E Brands is the umbrella company of three unique home service companies: 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING and Shack Shine. Our goal is to take the ordinary businesses of junk removal, painting, and house detailing and make them exceptional. How do we do this? By making sure we take care of our people!
