O2E Brands is the umbrella company of three unique home service companies: 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING and Shack Shine. Collaboration thrives through daily seven-minute mandatory Huddles, where we celebrate successes, review real-time metrics, and share department updates. Additionally, we foster collaboration through agile project teams and by embracing the mantra “Think Big, Start Small, Move Fast” to drive innovation and teamwork.
Our profit sharing program, the Great Game of Business, gives employees a chance for a bonus when our annual goals are met or exceeded. When people feel like they have a personal stake in the game, they’re collectively driven to achieve these big goals. When the business wins, we all win! We’re also pretty excited about our peer-nominated GOAT awards (Greatest of All Time), which allow for recognition and celebration of several team members each quarter.
