We launched our Cyclon™ program in June 2022, a circular subscription service, also marking the launch of the Cloudneo, On’s first fully recyclable performance running shoe. Launching our circularity program took commitment from all facets of On, having employees dedicated full-time across teams from Innovation, to Supply Chain, Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer, Technology and Customer Service. We also proudly unveiled CloudPrime™ in 2022, the world’s first shoe made using carbon emissions.
Through practices of constant feedback and anytime reviews, Radical Candor, we live and practice a culture founded on honesty and transparency. On’s makeup promotes a flat hierarchy, all voices are important and given space to be heard. In our annual engagement survey, we track our progress in areas of inclusion to assess and adapt as needed to ensure our teammates feel included and heard. We consistently see high scores related to feelings of inclusion: 89% “feel I am part of a team”; 88% “feel respected at On”; and 86% report “I can be my authentic self at work” – all ranking above the global all-industry benchmark (2022). We aim to foster an environment, where everyone’s unique qualities are valued; 86% feel that they can be their authentic self at work and 88% feel respected at work.
