Leaders are trained to listen, use questioning, and coach. We are a MSFT centric organization and also share rewards and recognition through AwardCo, cross-functional meetups through The Wave where we are matched with others who joined to meet new people, and for a remote organization, we also travel to each other's office site including Pune, NZ, and Atlanta regularly.
