We show respect and ensure that all voices are heard and ideas are valued throughout the company by intentionally creating space for open dialogue, active listening, and inclusive decision-making. This starts with fostering a culture where every associate feels safe to speak up, contribute ideas, and challenge the status quo regardless of role, level, or background. An example of this is the shift to quarterly reviews, where the intention is to foster a great conversation versus list off every major and minor win or struggle. We are changing the way reviews occur to foster a culture where feedback is frequent, normalized, and a two-way street between manager and associate.

We embed this in our everyday practices: from hosting employee focus groups and feedback sessions to incorporating diverse perspectives into product design, strategy, and team rituals. Leaders are trained to listen, use questioning, and coach. We rely on employee surveys, collaborative workshops, and cross-functional forums to surface how associates think and feel about their workplace, and then we act on it.

Multiple collaboration platforms and events. We are a MSFT centric organization and also share rewards and recognition through AwardCo, cross-functional meetups through The Wave where we are matched with others who joined to meet new people, and for a remote organization, we also travel to each other's office site including Pune, NZ, and Atlanta regularly.
