We created a customized performance management program to help our employees achieve their professional and personal goals. The purpose of this program is to give ongoing feedback, so employees have a clear understanding of how they are progressing on their goals and make sure employees are equitably rewarded and recognized for their contributions. Another critical aspect of our performance program is ensuring employees align one – two goals in support of our justice & antiracism strategy, which means we ask employees to think about their personal development aligned to what it means to work towards being an anti-racist company.

We offer high-quality on-site child development centers at our corporate offices and warehouse. These are integrated with work – where parents can nurse or visit their children throughout the day.
o When nursing Moms travel for work, we pay for the child and a childcare specialist to travel with the employee so they can continue to nurse and bond with their child – and don’t have to choose between continuing to nurse or working.
o We pay 100% of the medical premiums for all individual employees
o We frequently make annual contributions (in addition to our standard employer match) 10% or more to all employee’s 401k accounts.
o We provide an Environmental Internship where employees can volunteer for up to 6 weeks of paid time anywhere in the world to help an environmental organization.

o We provide 4 weeks each year for salaried and hourly employees (who are able work off site) the ability to work off-site in approved remote locations.
o We have three on-site organic, local cafes that make delicious food for our employees.
