One way we collaborate throughout our company is through collaborative learning experiences. Our learning experiences offer employees an opportunity to meet employees across different parts of the business, share ideas and innovate to solve unique business opportunities. This helps to develop employee skills and knowledge, it improved relationships across teams, and helps to solve problems faster
Onboarding is another way we collaborate throughout the company. Our onboarding program brings new employees together to experience what it means to live our mission and values. One example is Tin Shed Day and Philosophy Class.
