Rackspace University, our in-house talent development department, helps Rackers build the skills our business needs while developing their careers. We also have development programs like our Global Leadership Program for emerging senior leaders, our Technical Onboarding Program, which leads Rackers through 90 days of full-time, immersive training that reskills Rackers in high-growth areas of the business while changing the course of their careers.
