We run a number of internal RLDatix leadership programs throughout the year for first time managers to senior leaders to support, coach and guide them. We run a programme for entry level roles for employees so they can start taking accountability for their work, develop quicker in their role and also to give them a series of transferable skills which allow them to move more flexibly across the organisation. We also run a mentoring programme where a more senior employee and coach and guide a more junior employee to reach their professional and/or personal goals.
As RLDatix has recently acquired with Allocate Software, we have recently been doing work on redefining our value set. To ensure that they resonate with our colleague base and reflect our mission and purpose as an organisation. We ran a series of focus groups including people from both legacy organisations to ensure the new value set we create has been generated by our peers and colleagues across the business.
