For everyone’s safety, our offices closed and employees worked fully remotely starting in March 2020. When our offices began to reopen in November 2021, we reduced the number of days employees were expected to report in person to 2 days per week. In addition, employees can request accommodations to extend their remote work and these requests are evaluated by their manager and a committee. Up to 80 hours of paid sick leave is available for COVID-19 vaccinations, child vaccinations, side effects from vaccinations, and quarantine or testing positive for COVID-19.
