Spiffy values the well-being of our team members and provides various benefits and opportunities to support their growth. After one year of service, our team members are eligible for pre-IPO equity shares, and we match 401k contributions up to 4%. In 2023, we absorbed most of our team members’ healthcare contributions, allowing many technicians to opt for a health plan. We also offer programs to help our technicians obtain ASE, DOT, or commercial licenses, providing more opportunities for career advancement.
