Training is a longstanding tradition at STIHL. We invest in our employees’ long-term success through training and vocational programs—over $1M is spent each year on employee training. This is based on the mindset that good employees are the foundation of success. One unique example is our apprenticeship program, which is an opportunity not many companies have anymore. We hire 5-8 apprentices a year and pay for their education to set them on a path to a successful career at STIHL Inc.
