Discover Sundance – Our new hire orientation is a full day sharing the history of our founder, where we are going as a company, our hopes for the employee experience, the culture we are fostering, and how to care for the guest experience. Traditions – We have a party or event every month providing an opportunity to bring employees together to have fun, enjoy good food, and celebrate our commitment to art, nature, and recreation. Years of Service program – Employees are recognized for reaching specific milestones. Original hire dates are honored for this program even through ownership transition which is rare! Experience Certificates – Employees are rewarded for their behaviors that support our strategic priorities with experiences throughout the property.

Every employee receives a ski pass. Every manager & employees w/ 4 years of service(YOS) receive a family ski pass. After 30 YOS, employees receive a lifetime season pass for themselves & a buddy.
