We are creating job opportunities at a rapid pace. With plans to double our footprint within 5 years, we’ve designed a career path so that team members can grow to head coaches in as little as 3 years. In 2021, we promoted 73 field leaders and created 880 new jobs across our 130+ restaurants.
Constantly listening and pulse checking how our teams are feeling through surveys, daily sweettalks and roundtables. In our most recent engagement survey, our restaurant team members responded with an 80% happiness index. We also provide employees access to an anonymized platform to share feedback.
Offering a clear career path to a head coach in as little as three years, as well as online and in-person training for both technical and soft skills, business speaker series, book clubs and roundtable discussions to share best practices.
We make the commitment every day to obsess over the team member experience, from listening to our teams and making sure they can continually grow their careers to bringing them along the journey to co-create our leadership principles which were rolled out in the beginning of 2021.

Making decisions always through the lens of our core values. Jonathan Neman, our CEO, is a transparent, approachable and present leader by being in the field with our teams regularly but also having an open door policy.
