In 2021 we introduced additional centralized and collaborative listening approaches to ensure we received holistic actionable employee feedback beyond our two annual engagement surveys. The first – called ‘Moments of Truth’ helps us understand the candidate/employee experience during recruitment, after training, after the onboarding process, and after a performance review. We also introduced Ad hoc pulse surveys and a daily sentiment survey. Furthermore, our global All Ideas Matter program encourages employees at all levels to share ideas, because we believe that great ideas can come from anywhere. By end of 2022 we received over 2.5 million voices/ideas submitted by employees.
We continuously strive to steer our employees towards self-growth and career fulfilment. We remain focused on our goal and importance of employee empowerment through learning and development programs that help our people unlock the best version of themselves. In 2022 we provided 166 hours per person of continuous training opportunities, and in terms of growth, we currently have around 70% of our promotions being internal employees.

Teleperformance Founder and CEO, Daniel Julien, hosts a series of CEO Webcasts 6-10 times per year for employees, from 1st line managers to executive managers, to reinforce the company vision, commitments, and goals. More than 65,000 managers and staff participate in the webcasts to ensure that everyone feels connected to the company mission and understands their role in supporting the company goals. The webcast gives the CEO and Executive Committee the opportunity to communicate key priorities, provide recognition and boost morale so that we together reach our annual commitments.
Compensation includes base pay, variables and bonuses. Our most unique benefit is our remote-first work model, which currently half of all Teleperformance employees globally work from the convenience of home. Benefits packages include health plans, life insurance or retirement plans. Benefits are defined at a country level, respecting each country’s laws, use and culture, but we do have some globally defined incentive programs, including one for recruiting that provides financial incentives for referring friends to Teleperformance.
