As a company we consistently work towards the same shared vision. Our team are driven by the rewards and recognition they recieve for their hard work, such as Employee of the month, shoutouts, special mentions and more. We always look for people to join the company who are passionate about what they do, and can bring their ideas and experience into the company. From there, for all of the company to be working towards the same goal and be driven by results we can continuously rewards the team for their hard work and success.

Our 5 core values are something that as a company, we stand by every day. We also embed these values into our internal policies and processes and try to work in line with them both internally and externally. From day one of a new starter joining the team, the values are shared and explained to the team member, after this, and throughout the employee lifecycle, the values are included in things such as our engagement survey, our recruitment process, our onboarding process, company polls, HR policies and more. We believe that it is important to not just have core values for the sake of it, but to really understand these values in more detail, and work towards them, everyday.

By having built and continue to build a fantastic company culture, within a company with structure, and a dynamic working environment, where team members feel supported by management, and each other. The Senior Leadership Team also work alongside team members in an open plan office, and team members feel they can approach any member of the SLT (CEO, MD, Sales Director, Head of Departments) at any point, whether that be for a casual chat, or a business reason.

By having various methods of feedback from the team, which is monitored and acknowledged consistently. We have processes in place such as bi-annual engagement surveys, milestone polls, suggestion boxes, monthly check ins, bi-annual appraisals and milestone check in's during probation! We do this to make sure the team feel they can voice their opinions and be heard with any feedback they may have. We have also just transitioned to being an Employee Owned Trust. This means that moving forward, the employees are owners of the company, and can have more say in the decisions that are made!

Working on various clients and projects together. This can be from multiple, seperate areas in the company. Our team can also work together and collaborate through internal training sessions and 'Share you Work' sessions, which gives team members the opportunity to share there findings and hard work with eachother! Finally, the team has various ways they can internally communicate and work as a team through messaging channels, internal company monthly updates, quarterly department feedback sessions and more!
