We have specific cross functional squads who work on company projects, and anyone can be part of those. We operate on a zero hierarchy mentality and have an intrepreneur program where some of our best ideas are pitched by anyone and we build a team around them.

We run a bespoke thirteen week leaders and next generation leadership program for anyone to apply to and attend for free. We provide a formal mentorship program and we pay for progressional qualifications for those that require them.

We’re a cash burn business we don’t have money to spend so we have built things like the leadership program completely in house so the employees get MBA level training and development for free. It links with our value proposition about coming to threads and in one year doing more than you’d do in three elsewhere, and really accelerating your career.

Our response to COVID-19

So many. We’re a business with on site workers due to logistics and shooting high value product. We started by trying to do all of this from home but the damages were extreme. So instead we paid for Taxis for all on site workers, and bought them lunch during the first year of the pandemic. We redesigned our ways of working and we now have hybrid working with anything from 2-5 days in the office depending on your main activity location. We created our own internal track and trace with WA notifications during 2020 as well do help everyone feel completely safe and we paid for rapid tests for those who were exposed before testing was available. We then made sure once we could buy tests in bulk that we had a full supply for everyone.
