EMPLOYEES COLLABORATE THROUGHOUT OUR COMPANY BY …

Vantage started at the end of 2020 with a fully remote workforce. Over the past two and a half years we have established dedicated office space in a few locations and have leveraged flexible space to provide opportunities for our colleagues to come together in person to collaborate and work together. On a weekly basis we have two standing meetings that focus on bringing colleagues together and bridging the virtual gap. We hold an all colleague meeting every Monday for 45 minutes with recurring topics including a CEO update, introduction of new hires (who share a fun fact), colleague shout outs and updates on key initiatives. On Friday at 11am ET, we participate in Vantage Connect, a random matching of colleagues at all levels in pairs to hold a brief (15-20)-minute video chat focused on getting to know each other. We also develop an annual operational plan across the organization with key initiatives and look for individuals across the organization to lead and participate in those teams. In addition, we have working groups led by colleagues on topics such as DE&I, ESG, Engagement and Wellness.

Hybrid working environment – largely remote. Individuals work with their leaders on when they may get together in person. There is no mandate on being in an office location.
