Widewaters is a vertically integrated real estate organization with over 50 years of experience in the development, construction, acquisition and management of retail, hospitality, residential and office/industrial properties across North America. We have developed or acquired over 13 million square feet of institutional quality real estate assets with a value in excess of $2 billion. We are a national company rooted from a small family-owned atmosphere. There is a lot of pride felt here amongst us.

We have an all for one and one for all approach. Yearly bonuses are not based on the individual, but on the company’s overall financial growth. Employees are invited quarterly to small group lunches with one of ten company executives. All employees and executives participate. The purpose is to have candid discussions about the company, our goals, and who we each are personally. We believe in getting to know one another to foster true caring beyond our company mission. As adults we spend more awake hours with our coworkers than we do with our families. We view ourselves as a second family to one another. Upcoming policy changes are now discussed in advance openly. Employees are able to ask questions and share their honest opinions for consideration before putting them into place.

Our small size enables us to collaborate with one another very organically. We excel at sharing our expertise and resources with one another. We work in a brand-new office that was custom designed and built with our daily comfort in mind. Team meetings happen frequently in our various meeting rooms and gathering spots in the building, and we have the best in communication technology for work that is done remotely away from our corporate headquarters.

Annually Widewaters provides: 8 paid holidays in addition to frontloaded PTO hours (that are available for immediate use to promote work-life balance), years of service awards, employee recognition awards, employee family trick or treating in the office, employee family breakfast with Santa, free flu shot and healthy checkup onsite clinics, performance evaluation feedback with discretionary increases, and a company performance incentive bonus. Widewaters offers a safe harbor 401K where you are vested immediately (company matches a full 4% to an employee’s 5% deferral), monthly employee celebration lunches, quarterly executive open forum lunches, local entertainment discounts and sporting events, employee discounts at our hotels, and community volunteer service opportunities.
