Employees are invited quarterly to small group lunches with one of ten company executives. All employees and executives participate. The purpose is to have candid discussions about the company, our goals, and who we each are personally. We believe in getting to know one another to foster true caring beyond our company mission. As adults we spend more awake hours with our coworkers than we do with our families. We view ourselves as a second family to one another. Upcoming policy changes are now discussed in advance openly. Employees are able to ask questions and share their honest opinions for consideration before putting them into place.

Our small size enables us to collaborate with one another very organically. We excel at sharing our expertise and resources with one another. We work in a brand-new office that was custom designed and built with our daily comfort in mind. Team meetings happen frequently in our various meeting rooms and gathering spots in the building, and we have the best in communication technology for work that is done remotely away from our corporate headquarters.
