New in 2024, we’ve rolled out dedicated Professional Development Days – two full days for team members to set aside time for learning courses offered by our Learning & Development team and outside resources.

We believe in and actively promote work-life balance. In 2024, we reaffirmed our commitment to flexibility with our office schedule as Monday and Friday work from home, with Tuesday - Thursday in-office days for those who choose to work from the office. We are also committed to year-round half-day Fridays (what we call Flexible Fridays) along with robust PTO offerings and regular team member appreciation days to promote time away to recharge. Additionally, we offer an on-site gym and nurse; walking trail; meditation room; travel discounts; “Dress for Your Day” dress code; special team member recognition events including food truck lunch celebrations; wellness sessions including meditation and stress management; tuition reimbursement; recognition programs; Giving Center to track personal charitable giving and more!
