As a remote company we understand and encourage flexibility. Working remotely allows us to be more flexible in our work schedule and location. We can work from anywhere, as long as there is a good internet connection and we can set flexible hours to better suit personal needs and preferences. We value mental health, and we encourage our team to take advantage of our great wellbeing programs. We offer online counseling and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme to all Zytans so that they can talk to experts and take care of their mental health.
