Position: Full Stack B2B Enterprise HR SaaS Senior Engineer

Reporting To: CTO or Lead Software Developer

Role Summary: Join our dynamic and talented team at Most Loved Workplace® and play a key role in the continuous improvement and development of our innovative HR SaaS platform. As a Full Stack Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in integrating custom models, building new features, and maintaining the current state of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the platform’s front-end and back-end using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  2. Design, develop, and optimize database architecture.
  3. Collaborate closely with founders and the CTO to incorporate feedback and make platform enhancements.
  4. Ensure seamless integration with 3rd party APIs, including Stripe, Sendgrid, and Hubspot.
  5. Employ our no-code builder, JetAdmin, for dashboard creation and customization.
  6. Conduct automated QA scripting and perform sanity tests post-pull requests.
  7. Stay updated on security best practices and integrate them into our platform.
  8. Work closely with our Machine Learning team to integrate in-house proprietary scripts.
  9. Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users.
  10. Utilize Github for code repository and manage tasks through Kanban.
  11. Ensure regular deployment of applications on Vercel and maintain Firebase integrations.


  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably within the HR SaaS domain.
  • Strong database infrastructure and complex permissions architecture skills.
  • Technical proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
  • Familiarity with component libraries such as Chakra UI.
  • Expertise in Firebase Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Storage.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and familiarity with monorepo structures.
  • Proven track record of deploying applications on Vercel.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party API integrations.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working on engineering teams of HR SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning and its integration into SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Github and Kanban methodologies.
