We are searching for a driven Enterprise Sales Specialist with a proven HR SaaS Enterprise Software sales track record. If you’re eager to be at the forefront of driving sales growth for a rapidly expanding company and have the required SaaS experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales: Prospect, develop, and close high-value deals within the HR SaaS enterprise domain.
  2. Strategic Networking: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers in large organizations.
  3. Product Knowledge: Deeply understand our product offerings to articulate value propositions effectively to potential clients.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and leverage CRM tools to track client engagements.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies and processes.
  6. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market challenges to ensure a competitive edge.
  7. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos tailored to the needs of enterprise clients.
  8. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.


  • Proven experience and success in HR SaaS Enterprise Software sales – this is non-negotiable.
  • Strong network and relationships within the HR industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tech stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling to mid-sized and Fortune 2000 companies 
  • A deep understanding of the HR tech landscape and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
