Under her leadership, Avanade has put its purpose of making a genuine human impact at the forefront of the work it does for its clients, employees and customers. Pam has intentionally tied Avanade’s purpose to the contributions the company makes in its communities and on the planet.
A veteran of the technology industry, Pam has dedicated her 25+year career to helping clients rethink their business strategies by harnessing the power of digital innovation to renew and grow their businesses.
Prior to being named CEO of Avanade in Sept. 2019, Pam was Avanade’s President of Product and Innovation, focused on defining and delivering innovative solutions for Avanade’s global clients. Earlier in her Avanade career, she served as President of the European business and as General Manager of Avanade UK.
Under her leadership, Pam has continued to expand and sharpen Avanade’s commitment to creating a culture where everyone is welcome to bring their authentic selves to work and where diverse perspectives, backgrounds and skills are valued as critical differentiators in the company’s ability to support client missions. Pam sits on the boards of the Royal Horticultural Society and Junior Achievement Worldwide. As a world traveler, she draws inspiration from the varied backgrounds and cultures she’s experienced. When she’s not meeting with clients or inspiring her global teams, you will find her enjoying time with family and friends in her hometown, London.
Avanade is loved because...
A techie’s dream, including global hackathons, innovation challenges and coding competitions. Plus, “geek allowances” are given to employees to ensure they’re up on the latest tech.
Pam Maynard Serves as a Model of Avanade's Values because…
She is intent on ensuring Avanade’s people are making a genuine human impact each day on her employees, clients and the communities they serve. She leans on her experience as one of the few black female tech CEOs to lead with moral clarity and set a new standard where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
